What kind of parasites does the medication protect my pet from?

Worms live and reproduce in your pet’s body. Heartworms are transmitted through infected mosquitoes and can exist in your pet’s heart and bloodstream. Roundworms, tapeworms and hookworms live in your pet’s intestines. Mites, ticks, and fleas irritate your pet’s skin and cause them to itch and gnaw at their fur until they develop a serious external infection.
